Pars Today- Experts and analysts, evaluating the moves of the US and the Zionist regime, opined about the possibility of resumption of the Gaza war.
The all-out support of the US President, Donald Trump, for the Israeli regime, the scheme for forcible resettlement of the people of Gaza and the US’ threat against Hamas have driven Netanyahu cabinet berserk on resumption of the war in Gaza. According to Pars Today, Ahmad al-Hila, Palestinian writer and political analyst, said on the issue, “The likelihood of resumption of war in Gaza is weak due to several reasons. The most important reason is that more than %72 of Zionists, who have exited the Occupied Territories, are opposed to returning to the war.”
He added, “Another reason negating the scenario of war resumption is that the Zionist regime army is exhausted and needs a long time for restoration and compensation of casualties and material losses it has sustained in Gaza and Lebanon.”
Gaza, mobile bomb for Israel and America
In view of this, Reza Mirabian, Iranian expert of the West Asian issues, speaking to ILNA news agency, referring to the possibility of resumption of clashes in Gaza and escalation of tension by Israel, said, “Even if Israel and the United States intend to restart the war in Gaza, they won’t be able to show operational act in the region as the Zionist regime military has become seriously exhausted and the only move they can do is to target civilians in Gaza. This is while, many believe that, presently, Gaza can act as a mobile bomb for Israel and the US.”
Prediction of Zionists’ strategy after ceasefire
Marvan al-Qablani, another Palestinian writer and analyst, maintains that the Zionist occupiers will not return to the traditional method of war in Gaza which is shown with ground assaults and location inside the regions. They will rather resort to airstrikes and acts of terror as a more effective approach to confront the resistance.” Al-Qablani stressed, “Internal pressures faced by Netanyahu, especially by the families of captives, and the casualties of occupiers during the war will not allow him to resume the past method in war.”
