Pars Today- 12 Palestinians were martyred and more than 100 others were injured during the attacks of the Zionist regime on Jenin camp of the West Bank of River Jordan for the second consecutive day.
According to Pars Today, military forces of the Occupying Zionist regime, two days after the ceasefire (Tuesday morning) started a broad attack against different regions of the West Bank, specially Jenin in the north. The ongoing attack has resulted in the destruction of infrastructures of governmental hospitals in the city.
Palestinian sources informed that the resistance combatants and the Palestinian youths had countered the attacks of the Zionist regime to Jenin. Simultaneously, Jenin battalion, affiliated to Saraya al-Quds (al-Quds Brigades), the armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad countered the occupying forces and dealt heavy blows on them.
Jenin battalion announced that it had exploded a guided bomb of “Sejil” type in a military vehicle of the regime’s army in al-Jalbuni axis which led to the injury of some of the occupying forces.
According to the Palestinian sources, two huge blasts have been carried out by the Palestinian resistance forces in Jenin refugee camp.
Moreover, the Palestinian forces exploded a bomb on the course of the Zionist regime military vehicles yesterday. The Zionist military forces arrested a number of the Palestinians during their assault on villages and towns of the West Bank.
The occupying forces turned a Palestinian house in the village of al-Mazra’a, north of Ramallah, into barracks and arrested 8 Palestinians while assaulting the village.
According to Kamal Abul-Rab, Governor General of Jenin, the Zionist regime is intent to turn Jenin into the new center of war against the Palestinian nation.
Referring to sending a big number of Zionist forces to the West Bank, Abul-Rab made it clear, “The Zionist regime is trying to turn Jenin into a small and ruined Gaza.”
The Zionist regime military attacks on Jenin have been followed by reaction of the Palestinian resistance groups, regional and global countries. Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements and National Front for Freedom of Palestine have called for public mobilization to counter the new crimes of the Zionist regime in the West Bank.
Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, too, announced the martyrdom of 2 of their members in the West Bank and stressed that they will not allow the Zionists to have security.
The Yemeni Ansarullah movement, too, warned the Zionist regime that if it persists in attacking Jenin, the movement will resume its missile and drone attacks.
Shafqat Ali Khan, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry Spokesman, condemned the recent assault of the Zionist forces on Jenin and warned that continuation of the Israeli aggressions will put the ceasefire in Gaza at stake.
Ali Khan added, “The world should make the Israeli regime accountable for its crimes as the Palestinian people have faced the harshest aggression and genocide for the past 16 months and, now, it is the time for complete execution of ceasefire in Gaza.”
The Saudi foreign ministry, also, condemning the Zionist regime military attack on Jenin city, announced that Riyadh calls on the international community once again to be responsible through stopping the violation of international rules and regulations by Israel.
Jean Noёl Barrot, the French Foreign Minister, expressing concern over the Zionist regime attack on the city of Jenin, called for stopping these attacks.
