Iran’s Women Taekwondo to participate at Paris Olympic Games

Pars Today- Iranian Women’s National Taekwondo Team will take part at Paris Olympic Games with two athletes.
Nahid Kiani and Mobina Nematzadeh have got entitlement to participate at 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Nahid Kiani, 25, won the gold medal in the Women’s bantamweight event at 2023 World Taekwondo Championships held in Baku.

Mobina Nematzadeh, 18, won the 2022 global gold medal in the women’s 49 weight class. As Iran’s only representative at the Asian games, she strongly advanced to the Final and secured her place in the 2024 Olympic Games as the third Iranian Taekwondo practitioner.

The Iranian team had already won the first medal of Women’s National Taekwondo Team at Olympics, and now it is going to participate at the event with two athletes.
