Pars Today- Director of Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency called the quality of Iranian companies’ overhaul as excellent.
Dmitry Yadrov, Director of Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, pointing to the overhaul and maintenance of a number of Russian passenger planes in Iran, said, “The Iranian companies’ quality is excellent in this regard.”
According to Pars Today, Yadrov added, “Within the framework of our cooperation with Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Aeroflot [Russian Airlines Company] had sent one of its airplanes to Iran for overhaul and maintenance. According to the assessment of the company, the performance of the Iranian companies has been excellent and very satisfactory in terms of keeping the flight qualification conditions.”
Iranian oil incessantly exported
Hamid Burd, CEO of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), informed of continuation of exporting Iran’s oil and said, “We try to continue exporting oil in spite of possible problems in order to prevent stopping of the engine of Iran’s economy.”
Oil price rises in global markets
The concerns over the [likely] US war with other countries on customs tariffs increased the oil price in global markets. Reuters announced in a report that the oil price increased in the Friday (February 14) transactions due to the rise in fuel demands and expectations pertaining to non-implementation of US plans for reciprocal tariffs in April and avoiding a trade war.
Russian oil, fuel exports revenues increase
The International Energy Agency (IEA) announced that the Russian revenues from the sale of oil and petrochemicals increased in January due to the rise in oil price and scale of stable exports despite sanctions. This increase amounted to $15.8 billion which has been $900 million more than December.
$2 billion forecast for Iran’s free zones’ exports in coming year (starting March 21,2025)
Secretary of Free Zones of Iran, Reza Masrour, informed of a decision to export $2 billion of goods in the coming Iranian calendar year and said, “Removal of legal barriers and increase of export incentives are prioritized in these zones.”
