Pars Today – The leader of Yemen’s Ansarallah announced the renewed prohibition of Israeli ships from passing through the Red Sea.
“Abdulmalik al-Houthi,” the leader of Ansarallah in Yemen, declared on Wednesday night that the ban on Israeli ships passing through the Red Sea, the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea has been enforced and any ship belonging to the Zionist regime found traversing these areas will be targeted.
According to Pars Today, al-Houthi emphasized that this action is a necessary response to the ongoing siege and starvation of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. He added: “The Zionist regime, by preventing humanitarian aid and closing passages, intends to put more pressure on the people of Gaza, which constitutes a war crime.”
The leader of Ansarallah also criticized the positions of Arab countries regarding the developments in Palestine, stating that Arab rulers are collaborating with the U.S. and the Zionist regime, blocking any efforts to support Palestine. He said, “The silence and passivity of Arab countries towards the crimes of the Israeli regime is a grave sin and an indication of their evasion of responsibility.”
Abdulmalik al-Houthi pointed out that the statements of Arab leaders are merely verbal condemnations and no practical actions have been taken politically, economically, or diplomatically against the Zionist regime. He further revealed that some Arab countries have opened land routes to bypass the blockade of Yemen against Israel, a matter even reflected in World Bank reports.
In continuation, the leader of Ansarallah highlighted the role of the United States in supporting Israel and stressed that “the Biden administration has gone even further than the Trump administration in supporting Tel Aviv’s crimes.” He stated that targeting Israeli shipping is only the beginning, and if the siege of Gaza continues, Ansarallah will take harsher measures.
Abdulmalik al-Houthi concluded by emphasizing that all practical options for confronting the Zionist regime are on the table, and any halt to Tel Aviv’s actions against Palestinians will only be possible through strong and deterrent responses.
