Pars Today- The Guardian journalist described the US president as a “noisy harbinger” in the world.
Simon Tisdall, the columnist of the British daily Guardian, wrote on Monday, that we live in a world where “alliances are broken, trust is fungible, principles are negotiable and morality is a dirty word. It is an ugly disordered world of raw power, brute force…. It’s been coming for a while; the US president is its noisy harbinger.” According to Pars Today, Tisdall believes that Trump and his measures during the recent weeks have portrayed a world of selfish arrogance and brazen lies.
He said, “He [Trump] cares nothing for the people he leads” adding that he even ridicules world leaders which has caused American senators to protest.
Guardian journalist, noting that the United States is “held hostage by a clique of far-right thugs and chancers, wrote, “Resisting Trump is what our [the European] leaders must do.”
Pointing to attacking government agencies, judiciary and free press by Trump’s “minions”, he added that “those whose loyalty they impugn” are terrorized and intimidated.
