Fear in Israeli war ministry ; Legal prosecutions against Zionist soldiers worldwide

Pars Today – Following the escape of a Zionist army soldier from Brazil and the filing of numerous complaints in at least 10 countries worldwide, restrictions have been imposed on the international travel of Zionist soldiers and their activities on social media.
As Zionist officials grow increasingly concerned about the arrest of Israeli regime soldiers in various countries, the regime’s security sources have issued warnings on the matter. Israeli radio and television reported that 50 complaints against soldiers of the regime have been registered in 10 countries worldwide.
According to Pars Today, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that institutions affiliated with the regime are preparing to assist soldiers who may face arrest or legal prosecution when traveling abroad due to their involvement in war crimes in Gaza.
Zionist soldiers have been instructed to reconsider their international travel plans and to reduce their use of social media. The Israeli army’s intelligence security unit estimates that soldiers publish approximately one million pieces of content on social media daily.
In this context, al Mayadeen network, citing Zionist media, reported that four soldiers of the regime in South Africa, Sri Lanka, Brazil, and France are under investigation for war crimes.
A court in Brazil ordered the country’s police to investigate an Israeli soldier who had traveled to Brazil and was accused of committing war crimes in Gaza. The soldier, who had recently completed his service and traveled to Brazil for vacation, fled the country upon learning of the Brazilian court’s order.
This incident has heightened concerns in the Occupied Territories. Yuli Edelstein, head of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, has called on the cabinet to take measures to protect its soldiers from legal prosecution.
Yair Lapid, the opposition leader, has accused Netanyahu’s cabinet of failing on the international stage and demanded the formation of an investigative committee to prevent such incidents. Lapid emphasized, “An Israeli soldier being forced to flee Brazil to avoid arrest on charges related to the war in Gaza is a major political failure for the irresponsible cabinet.”
“We have reached a point where Palestinians are in a better position than Israel internationally, and our soldiers are avoiding travel out of fear of arrest,” he added. Meanwhile, in Chile, a Zionist soldier present in the country is under judicial investigation by 620 lawyers.
A group of 620 Chilean lawyers recently filed a complaint against Saar Hirschhorn, an Israeli soldier from the 749th Brigade of the Zionist regime’s army, who is accused of committing crimes against humanity in the war on Gaza and is currently in Chile.
Nelson Haddad, the representative of the group of lawyers, explained the details of the complaint filed with the regional prosecutor’s office in the capital, stating, “We express our disgust at the presence of an officer from the 749th Engineering Brigade of the occupying army in Chile. According to testimonies we have collected, including from one of the victims and relatives of victims residing in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza, this soldier has committed serious crimes.”
In October 2024, the “Hind Rajab Foundation” filed an official complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against 1,000 Israeli soldiers for war crimes against Palestinians in Gaza. The Belgium-based foundation is named after a six-year-old Palestinian girl who, along with her family, was martyred in Israeli attacks on Gaza. The group is pursuing legal cases against Zionist soldiers worldwide, including in Chile and Argentina, accusing them of war crimes.
Additionally, Thomas Portes, a member of the French Parliament, has filed a complaint against 4,185 French soldiers serving in the occupying army of the Zionist regime, accusing them of participating in crimes against humanity and war crimes in Gaza. Over 4,000 French nationals are fighting in the ranks of the Israeli occupying army due to their dual citizenship.
The complaint submitted to Dutch authorities also provides a comprehensive list of charges related to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and potential genocide, emphasizing the urgent need for accountability and adherence to international legal standards.
Dutch lawyer Haroon Raza has also filed a criminal complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against 1,000 Zionist soldiers, accusing them of involvement in war crimes.
This comes after judges of the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister, and Yoav Gallant, the former minister of war of the Israeli regime, on charges of war crimes and the killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza. Accordingly, it is expected that a large number of legal cases against Zionist regime soldiers will also be opened.
