Iran’s Isfahan hosts global “Peace” flower garden

Pars Today – The global Peace flower garden, aimed at promoting diplomacy, was inaugurated at the governorate of Isfahan, Iran.
The global Peace flower garden has been established in Isfahan to foster diplomacy and the peace-loving spirit of the Iranian people with other countries around the world. According to Pars Today, the garden will serve as a site for planting Iranian roses (known as Mohammadi roses) by heads of foreign delegations.
The first flower in this garden was planted by the consul general of Iraq in Isfahan and the governor of Isfahan. This initiative aligns with the slogan of “Zurab Pololikashvili,” the head of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), emphasizing peace and tourism.
It is worth noting that the rose is recognized as a global symbol of peace. In Iran, the Iranian rose, known as the Mohammadi rose, is attributed to the Prophet of Islam (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny) for its value and fragrance, making it a symbol of peace and friendship in the country. This flower holds an international code and identifier.
According to officials of the global Peace flower garden, any individual or foreign delegation planting a flower in this garden will be assigned an international code.
