75th anniversary of Iran-Indonesia diplomatic relations ; Tehran, Jakarta at forefront of supporting Palestinian people

Pars Today – According to Iran’s ambassador to Jakarta, the positions and actions of Iran and Indonesia regarding Palestine are rooted in Islamic principles and the legal frameworks of both countries.
“Mohammad Boroujerdi,” the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Indonesia, emphasized the necessity of continuing cooperation between the two countries in various forms, including bilateral, multilateral, and within the framework of BRICS, during a ceremony marking the 46th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Iran and Indonesia in Jakarta. 
According to Pars Today, Boroujerdi, speaking at this event, referred to recent developments in Palestine and added: The stances and actions of Iran and Indonesia on Palestine are rooted in Islamic principles and the legal frameworks of both nations.
As announced by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Indonesia, the two countries have always been at the forefront of supporting the oppressed people of Palestine, especially amid the increasing crimes of the Zionist regime over the past 15 months.
Indonesia’s Health Minister, who attended the ceremony as a special guest, congratulated the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the 75th anniversary of relations between the two countries. He emphasized that the path of progress in Tehran-Jakarta relations must continue and grow in all dimensions.
At the end of the ceremony, attended by the Iranian ambassador, the special guest, and other high-ranking officials, a commemorative stamp marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Iran and Indonesia was unveiled.
It is worth noting that four Indonesian ministers—including the Ministers of Defense, Health, Human Rights, and Culture—along with about 10 deputy ministers, attended the event, marking a pivotal moment in the history of relations between the two countries.
During the ceremony, video clips were shown highlighting Iranian culture, traditions, and scientific and technological advancements in fields such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, and health care.
On the sidelines of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, an exhibition introducing Iranian culture and art—including poetry, calligraphy, and traditional foods—was held, alongside another exhibition showcasing Iranian export products in advanced and modern technologies, which attracted significant attention from visitors.
The ceremony commemorating the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Iran and Indonesia, along with statements by officials from both countries emphasizing the need to maintain and elevate relations, received widespread coverage in Indonesian news agencies, media outlets, and social networks.
