Atwan: Israel’s ban on Arab delegation’s visit was a clear humiliation for compromisers

Pars Today – An Arab world analyst, referring to the Zionist regime’s opposition to the Arab delegation’s visit to Ramallah, strongly criticized the compromising stance of Arab leaders.
According to Pars Today, ”Abdul Bari Atwan” an Arab world analyst, wrote on Monday, referring to the Zionist regime preventing the Arab delegation from entering Ramallah: The Israeli occupiers’ decision to prevent the entry of four Arab foreign ministers, whose three countries have relations with it, did not surprise us. Rather, what was surprising was the shameful reaction of these ministers and their compromising regimes to this insult.
He continued: Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, wanted to discipline the Arab foreign ministers and their governments, as well as the Secretary-General of the Arab League, and tell them that their normalization is of no importance to him, that there will be no independent Palestinian state, and that he is the master of the region and the one who draws the maps of its countries, humiliating whoever he wishes.
Atwan stated: The delegation’s visit to Ramallah at a time when genocide, killings, and starvation are intensifying in Gaza, and children are burning with their families in tents, is tantamount to raising the flag of surrender and moving towards normalization and seeking Israel’s satisfaction. Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Palestinian Authority, cannot leave his office without Israel’s permission, and proof of this was the Zionist regime’s prevention of his trip to Amman.
He wrote: The three compromising countries, namely Egypt, Bahrain, and Jordan, did not even dare to withdraw their embassy guards in Tel Aviv. Their only action was to complain to Trump and hold a ridiculous meeting in Amman, Jordan. Trump, who humiliates Arabs and Muslims and fulfills all of Netanyahu’s demands, has no respect for his Arab stooges. He boasts about taking 5 trillion dollars from them in two hours and not only does not thank them, but considers this amount in exchange for supporting them and ensuring their continued presence and rule.
Atwan clarified: In the past, the occupiers would sit alongside Arab officials in a conference to set the stage for a handshake, but now the situation has completely changed, and the rulers of Arab countries rush towards them for normalization, and Israel humiliates them. There is only one exception named Yemen and its people.
Following the Zionist regime’s prevention of a delegation of Arab ministers from entering the West Bank to meet with Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Palestinian Authority, the delegation canceled its pre-arranged trip to Ramallah.
The aforementioned delegation, which consisted of ”Faisal bin Farhan” the Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister, ”Badr Abdelatty” the Egyptian Foreign Minister, ”Ahmed Aboul Gheit” the Secretary-General of the Arab League, ”Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani” the Bahraini Foreign Minister, and also ”Ayman Safadi” the Jordanian Foreign Minister, emphasized in a joint statement on Saturday that the Zionist regime’s decision to prevent their visit to Ramallah and meeting with the head of the Palestinian Authority and senior Palestinian officials, in addition to violating this regime’s obligations as an occupier, demonstrates the cabinet’s arrogance, disregard for international laws, and its ongoing illegitimate actions and policies.
The Zionist regime had informed ”Hussein Al-Sheikh”, deputy and successor to the head of the Palestinian Authority, that it would not allow the delegation of Arab foreign ministers to enter Ramallah and meet with Mahmoud Abbas.
