Zionist regime’s Merkava tank destroyed by Palestinian fighters in Gaza

Pars Today – The Izz al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, announced that it had destroyed a Merkava tank belonging to the occupying regime in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the Al-Qassam Brigades said that the tank was struck with an “Al-Yassin 105” rocket south of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, setting its interior on fire.
The group added that resistance fighters observed enemy helicopters landing to evacuate the dead and wounded from the scene.
Earlier, Zionist media had reported that three Israeli soldiers were injured in a drone attack in the Jabalia area of northern Gaza. / IRNA
