Commemoration ceremonies for imam khomeini held in pakistan's quetta and lahore

Pars Today – The 36th anniversary of the heavenly passing away of the great Founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Imam Khomeini (God’s mercy upon him), was commemorated in Pakistan’s cities of Quetta and Lahore by the cultural centers of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
A seminar titled “The Thoughts of the Founder of the Islamic Revolution and the Unity of the Islamic World” was hosted by the Iranian Cultural Center in Lahore, the capital of Punjab Province, while a gathering titled “Power from the Perspective of Imam Khomeini” was held by the Iranian Cultural Center in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan Province.
The events were attended by senior leaders and heads of Pakistan’s political and religious parties. In their addresses, Head of the Iranian Consulate General in Quetta, Alireza Rajaei; Head of Iran’s Cultural Center in Quetta, Seyyed Abolhassan Miri; and Head of Iran’s Cultural Center in Lahore, Asghar Masoudi emphasized Islamic unity and the fight against global arrogance.
