Pakistan’s Islamic Ideology Council head: Iran’s power owed to Imam Khomeini

Pars Today – The head of Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology lauded Imam Khomeini, the great founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran (God’s mercy upon him), for his simple lifestyle, calling it a distinguishing feature from other world rulers. He added that the current power of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the result of the courageous leadership of Imam Khomeini (God’s mercy upon him).
According to Pars Today, Raghib Hussain Naeemi, a renowned religious scholar in Pakistan, stated in an exclusive interview with IRNA’s correspondent in Islamabad on Monday, while paying tribute to Imam Khomeini, the great founder of the Islamic Revolution (God’s mercy upon him) that “36 years have passed since the passing of this popular and historic leader, yet his simple and modest lifestyle remains a perpetual model for leaders of the Islamic world.”
Raghib Hussain Naeemi, who heads the Council of Islamic Ideology in Pakistan, emphasized: Undoubtedly, Iran’s current honor, power, and progress are owed to Imam Khomeini (God’s mercy upon him). He left this precious legacy by bestowing insight and awareness upon the Iranian nation.
The head of the Islamic Ideology Council of Pakistan also praised the prominent role of Imam Khomeini in defending oppressed nations, especially Palestine, and said: The Palestinian issue has taken on new life with the wisdom and foresight of the late Imam.
