Araghchi: Enrichment in Iran will continue, whether an agreement is reached or not

Pars Today- The Iranian foreign minister stated that in the context of negotiations pertaining to Iran’s peaceful nuclear program, the American counterparts are, of course, at liberty to express publicly whatever they deem necessary to manage the pressure from influential groups.
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, in a post on his X (formerly called Twitter) account hours after comments made by Steve Vitkoff, the Head of the US negotiating delegation, regarding the need for zero enrichment in Iran, wrote that Iran is solely accountable for its own conduct. He added that, consequently, Iran’s policy is to refrain from engaging in negotiations in the public sphere, particularly in light of the widening discrepancies observed lately between the public and private stances of the American side, as well as the weekly oscillations in their positions./ IRNA.
