Hamas: Israel pursuing ‘scorched-earth policy’ with intensified Gaza bombardment

Pars Today – The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said on Friday that Israel’s intensification of bombardment on Gaza reflects a shift toward a ‘scorched-earth policy’.
In a statement, Hamas condemned Israel’s relentless attacks over the past hours, which have left more than 250 people martyred and hundreds of others injured. The group charged Israel with trying to force the resilient Palestinian people into submission by indiscriminately bombing residential areas, refugee camps, hospitals, and mosques.
