Minister of science: persian gulf is identity of iran's millennia old civilization

Pars Today – On Friday, Iran’s minister of science, research and technology, stating that, unfortunately, in today’s world, ill-wishers and malevolent actors have challenged Iran’s national identity, declared: “Let it be known to all across the globe that the Persian Gulf represents the identity of Iran’s millennia-old civilization and the Iranian people.”
Hossein Simaei Sarraf, speaking at the scientific conference ‘Pulse of Iran, the Persian Gulf’—hosted by the ‘Qeshm Free Zone Organization’ and held at the Sorinet Maryam Hotel—highlighted the significance of national unity. The event was attended by prominent professors from leading Iranian universities and 280 top students from Shahid Beheshti, Tarbiyat Modarres, Allameh Tabatabaei, and University of Tehran. Sarraf stated: “In Iran, we have great ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity, but we are united in one essential thing. As philosophers say, there is ‘unity in multiplicity,’ and that unity is our Iranian identity.”/ IRNA
