Iran’s speaker: We are committed to expand economic ties with Burkina Faso

Pars Today – The Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, stated that the Islamic Republic is determined to develop economic and comprehensive cooperation with Burkina Faso.
Speaking on Thursday on the sideline of the 19th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) in Jakarta, Ghalibaf told Ousmane Bougouma, Speaker of Burkina Faso’s Parliament that embassies must be active to facilitate the establishment of joint commissions and advance transport and trade agendas. For his part, Bougouma emphasized the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries and expressed readiness to strengthen ties in various sectors, including economic, trade, cultural, and scientific fields./ IRNA
