Niger’s envoy to Tehran: We Welcome import of Iran’s mineral products

Pars Today – The ambassador of Niger to Tehran, during a meeting with the chairman of the Board of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), stated: “As a mineral-rich country, we are eager for Iran to engage specifically in this sector.” He added: “We welcome the import of mining and mineral industry products from the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
Seydou Zetau Ali, in a meeting on Monday with Mohammad Aghajanlou, Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and Chairman of the Board of IMIDRO, invited him to visit Niger and explore the country’s opportunities in the mining and mineral industries sector. He expressed hope that commercial links would be established and expanded through trade development, including strengthened maritime transport, logistics, and more. He also noted that during the upcoming visit of Niger’s minister of mines to Iran, the intended memorandum of understanding (MoU) would be signed./ IRNA
