Pars Today – Iran’s foreign minister believes that diplomacy based on mutual respect and interests is the only path to reach an agreement with the United States.
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi on Monday in a post on social media platform X (formerly called Twitter) wrote: “If the ultimate goal, as stated again by US President Donald Trump, is that “Iran cannot have nuclear weapons”, an agreement is achievable. However, the only path to this is diplomacy based on mutual respect and interests.” Seyyed Abbas Araghchi also added that supporting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s genocide in Gaza by sending deadly weapons and waging war in Yemen has no benefit for the American people. /IRNA
