For 46 years you sanctioned iran, now who is the victor on the field? | reactions of x users to washington's sanctions

Pars Today – The imposition of U.S. sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran has sparked significant reactions among Iranian users.
The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump, in line with its “maximum pressure” policy against the Islamic Republic of Iran, recently imposed new sanctions on Iran. According to Pars Today, Iranian users on the social network X have viewed these sanctions as a tool for Washington to throw obstacles in the path of Iran’s progress, yet they believe Iranians have stood firm against them.
In this regard, an Iranian user named “Amanpour” wrote on X:
“Iranophobia and warmongering cannot diminish our national will. Nothing but division and weakness comes from sanctions and threats. We will proudly continue on our path.”
“Reyhaneh Sadat,” an Iranian woman on X, stated: “Even under sanctions, Iran built trains, constructed dams, and produced vaccines. This is what we call ‘jihad management’; this is engineering pride.”
“Yas Fatemi” also considered Iran’s resistance to the sanctions as a practical reflection of the country’s strength and wrote: “The only country that, despite years of sanctions, threats, and pressure, remains steadfast and continues its path of scientific, military, and diplomatic development is Iran. This resistance is the practical translation of power, not isolation.”
“Samira Hamedzadeh,” another Iranian user on X, believes: “Sanctioning a country means fearing its influence. If Iran were isolated, there wouldn’t be such extensive efforts to contain it. Isolation for Iran is just a story; the reality is Iran’s impact.”
“Nava,” another Iranian user, sees the Islamic Republic of Iran as an inspiration for other nations and emphasized: “Sanctions, soft war, character assassinations… all were aimed at containing Iran. But today, Iran is an inspiration for nations—from Baghdad to Damascus and Sanaa. This strength arises from faith in divine promises.”
“Ramezani,” another Iranian user, wrote on X: “Western countries have been creating economic problems for Iran throughout the past 46 years. They started with an economic blockade after the revolution, once trying to restrain Iran, and now they’ve pursued a policy of sanctions. But Iranians, with God’s help, will overcome this too.”
“Shadi Tafakkori” also spoke about Iran’s independence and wrote: “Iran is the only country that, without dependence on East or West, has managed to challenge the structure of sanctions and remain relevant in international equations. That’s what you call independence!”
“Amir,” another Persian-speaking Iranian user, likened Iranians to the mythical phoenix and believes: “Iran is not just a country; Iran is the fortress of dignity amidst the storm of sanctions and threats. We are a nation that rises like a phoenix from the ashes.”
