Leader of the revolution: unity of the islamic world is the only way to stand against the extortion of great powers

Pars Today – Imam Khamenei, this morning, Monday, in a meeting with government officials, ambassadors of Islamic countries, and various groups of the Iranian people, described the growing honor of Islam and fighting against the coercion and extortion of great powers as dependent on the unity and insight of the Islamic community.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in this meeting with government officials, ambassadors of Islamic countries, and various groups of the Iranian people, emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran’s hand of brotherhood extended toward all Islamic governments, stating: “The way to effectively confront the unprecedented crimes of the Zionist regime and its supporters in Palestine and Lebanon is through the unity, empathy, and shared voice of Islamic governments.”
According to Pars Today, quoting the website of the Leader’s office, Imam Khamenei congratulated the Islamic Ummah and the Iranian nation on the blessed and joyous Eid al-Fitr, describing this Eid as one of the connecting points of the Islamic world to one another and a cause of the ever-increasing honor of Islam and its noble Prophet. The Leader added: “The prerequisite for achieving this growing Islamic honor is the unity, effort, and insight of the Islamic Ummah.”
Referring to the rapid and successive global events, the Leader stated: “In the face of these fast-moving incidents, Islamic governments must quickly and accurately determine their stance and plan accordingly.”
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution highlighted the large Muslim population, abundant natural wealth, and critical geographic position in the world as significant opportunities for the Islamic world, noting: “Making use of these opportunities and critical positions requires the unity of the Islamic world.
Of course, unity does not mean the merging of governments or their complete alignment in all political inclinations, but rather recognizing common interests and defining your own interests in a way that does not lead to discord, conflict, or disputes among them.”
Emphasizing that the Islamic world is one family and that Islamic governments must think and act with this perspective, the Leader added: “The Islamic Republic has extended its hand toward all Islamic governments, considering itself their brother and part of the same fundamental front.”
Imam Khamenei described cooperation and collective thinking among Islamic governments as a barrier to aggression, bullying, and extortion by oppressive and invasive powers, stating: “Today, unfortunately, extortion of weak governments and nations have become a common and overt practice of big powers. In response, we, the Islamic countries, must defend the rights of the Islamic world and not allow the United States or others to extort us.”
Referring to the suffering of Palestine and Lebanon due to the crimes of the Zionist regime and its supporters, the Leader emphasized the necessity for the Islamic world to stand against this pain, adding: “With the unity, empathy, and shared voice of Islamic governments, others will reconsider their actions, and we hope that the officials of Islamic countries, with their determination, motivation, and efforts, can truly form the Islamic Ummah.”
At the beginning of this meeting, Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, described “honor, dignity, unity, forgiveness, brotherhood, and aiding the oppressed” as the most important teachings of the holy month of Ramadan for Muslims. Addressing the ambassadors of Islamic countries, he outlined the current duty of the Islamic world as setting aside differences and forming a united front against the Zionist regime and the enemies of Islam, emphasizing: “The Islamic Republic extends a hand of friendship and brotherhood to all Islamic countries.”
