Saturday night’s attack by Israeli regime warplanes on the Gaza Strip led to the martyrdom of nine Palestinians, including five children. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced Saturday that 26 Palestinians were martyred and 70 injured in this area over the past 24 hours. According to this report, since March 18, 2025, with the start of a new wave of Israeli regime aggressions against Gaza, 921 people have been martyred and 2,054 injured in this strip. Adding these martyrs, the number of martyrs in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has now reached 50,277.
US strikes Yemen again
The US attacked Saada province (in northern Yemen) seven times Saturday night. In these attacks, the eastern part of Saada city was bombed three times, and Al-Salam district was targeted four times. No further details about potential casualties from these attacks have been released. On Friday, US fighter jets also carried out 72 bombings targeting areas in Sanaa, Saada, Amran, Marib, Al-Jawf, and Al-Hudaydah in Yemen.

Mahdi al-Mashat, the head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, in a speech marking the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, congratulated this holiday to fighters on various fronts, the wounded, prisoners, and families of Yemeni martyrs. He said: “We celebrate Eid al-Fitr while our brothers in Gaza are being martyred under the brutality of the Israeli regime, but our comfort is that the Yemeni people have not left Gaza alone.”
Al-Mashat emphasized: “The Yemeni people have declared their position in support of Palestine through military operations and creating restrictions in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.” He also cited the massive turnout of Yemenis in the International Quds Day march as evidence of firm support for Palestine, Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem.
Leader of the Ansarullah Movement praises people of Gaza’s resistance against Zionists
Seyyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, Secretary-General of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement, in a special message to the Palestinian people, especially the Mujahideen in Gaza, expressed congratulations for Eid al-Fitr and praised their patience and resistance against the crimes of the Israeli regime. He said: “The people of Gaza not only observed fasting during the month of Ramadan but also achieved the honor of jihad and steadfastness against occupiers.” Al-Houthi also appreciated the efforts of Yemeni fighters on the battlefronts and emphasized their role in defending the country.
Israeli regime’s aggression on southern Lebanon
Continuing its violation of the ceasefire in Lebanon, the Israeli regime once again targeted southern parts of the country with aerial attacks. According to reports, an Israeli drone targeted two homes in the Kfarkela complex in southern Lebanon. The Israeli army also attacked Beirut’s southern suburbs Saturday. This attack on the southern suburbs of Beirut was the first since the November ceasefire agreement between the parties.
Israeli soldiers fire on UN peacekeeping forces in southern Lebanon
The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) reported in a statement that Israeli occupation forces fired warning shots at UN peacekeepers in southern Lebanon. UNIFIL stated: “The Israeli regime’s army fired warning shots from the Blue Line in southern Lebanon towards our forces, which is clearly in conflict with Resolution 1701.”
It should be noted that the UN peacekeeping forces have been responsible for maintaining calm and monitoring the ceasefire and peace operations between Lebanon and the Israeli regime since 1978.
Eight Syrian citizens arrested by Israeli soldiers in Quia village
Syrian media reported that the Israeli occupation army arrested eight individuals Saturday in the village of Quia in Daraa countryside, southern Syria, while they were working on their land. Israeli occupation forces had also arrested two young men from Quia on Friday. This village has been the scene of intensified Israeli regime military operations over the past few days, accompanied by widespread displacement of people from their homes in the village and its surroundings to safer locations.
