Floating and missile cities of various scales hold significant importance and capabilities, the most notable of which include:
1. Strategic security: These bases, due to their underground location, are highly resistant security-wise and can withstand enemy air and missile attacks.
2. Covert operations: They provide the capability for covert and surprise military operations, which can be highly effective in crises and asymmetric warfare.
3. Support for naval operations: Given Iran’s geographical position and maritime threats, such bases can assist in conducting naval and surveillance operations.
4. Deployment of advanced equipment: These bases allow for the deployment of military equipment, drones, missiles, and small naval vessels.
5. Logistical infrastructure: They can include logistical facilities to meet the needs of military forces, such as weapons depots, repair shops, and control centers.
6. Crisis management: They enable crisis management and rapid response to various threats.
