According to Pars Today, Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari, Coordinating Deputy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, referring to the capability of the Iranian Army to respond the threats of enemies, said on Wednesday, “If any move is taken against the Islamic Iran, we will punish the aggressors.” Rear Admiral Sayyari, noting the need to have powerful equipment, reiterated, “Despite extensive sanctions of enemies since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, with God’s grace, the Islamic Republic of Iran Army has achieved the equipment needed for defense of the country thanks to the all-out guidance of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the endeavor of its staff.”
Iravani: Trump’s remarks against Iran violate international law
Amir Saeed Iravani, the Iranian Permanent Envoy to the UN, noting on Tuesday that Tehran decisively rules out and condemns the American officials’, including Donald Trump’s brazen and provocative remarks, warned, “Any aggressive measure will cause dire consequences whose full responsibility lies with the US.” Iravani added, “The provocative wording is in flagrant violation of the basic principles of international law and the UN Charter which has prohibited threatening or usage of force against sovereign countries.”
Iran’s UN mission hopeful of liberation of Palestine from claws of Occupying regime
The Islamic Republic of Iran’s mission to the UN, congratulating the New Iranian Year (1404), expressed hope that this year will be the year of peaceful end of wars and liberation of Palestine from the claws of the usurper regime. Iran’s mission to the UN, in a message on the occasion of Nowruz, emphasized rationality and logic instead of force and threat and called for termination of wars and liberation of Palestine. This message was released while the new round of the Israeli attacks against Gaza has resulted in high human casualties.
