Pars Today- Top teachers, reciters and memorizers of the holy Qur’an and people from various walks of life visited the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on Sunday during the 41st round of the International Qur’an Competitions.
Imam Khamenei, addressing the top teachers, reciters and memorizers of the Qur’an and people participating in the 41st round of the International Qur’an Competitions, described the Qur’an as the eternal miracle of the noble Prophet of Islam and stressed, “True trust in the Lord materializes every impossible thing.”
Congratulating the birth anniversary of Imam Hossein (Peace upon him), Ayatollah Khamenei described the continuation of the Qur’anic and Prophetic miracle as a great blessing for human being and the entire creation, and said, “When referring to and reciting the Qur’an, we should be fully heedful that we are facing the miracle of the Last Prophet.”
He called the wording, order, concepts, clarification of the divine traditions and everything in the Qur’an as miracle and added, “If this great miracle is benefited, all human problems will be resolved and the life of human communities will be in order.”
The following are three points which were highlighted by Imam Khamenei in his speech on Sunday:
Trust in God
Ayatollah Khamenei, clarifying the Qur’anic meaning of “Tawakkul” (trust in God), said, “According to Kalam- Allah Majid (the holy Qur’an), anyone who puts his trust in God, God will suffice him. Therefore, if the conditions for trust are observed, this divine promise will certainly materialize.” The Leader described confidence in and certitude towards the true promises of God as the mental condition for trust and added, “One should have certitude, without any suspicion, that with the Lord’s permission, every impossible thing will be possible.” Considering the victory of the people of Gaza over the Zionist regime and the American regime as an example of materialization of an impossible thing, Imam Khamenei stated, “If it was said that the people of the tiny region of Gaza fight a great power like America and will be victorious over it, nobody would believe. But, this impossible thing came true with the Lord’s permission.”
Entering the field
Ayatollah Khamenei said that the second condition for materialization of the verse, “Man yatawakkal al-Allah fa Howa hasbuh” (Anyone who puts his trust in God, He will suffice him), is to enter the field of action and continued, “In every work, God has charged human with some part of it and if, in addition to the mental certitude on the Lord’s promises, these duties are fulfilled, every work, even if it is impossible, will undoubtedly become possible.”
Necessity of patience and struggle to gain fruit
Imam Khamenei, referring to the confrontation of Arrogance with many nations, in addition to the Iranian nation, said, “The difference between the Iranian nation and others is that they dare to say this reality that America is an aggressor, a liar, an imposter, and a colonialist and does not abide by any human principle. Thus, it chants, ‘Death to America’, while others do not dare to mention these realities and stand against the America and fulfill their share in the struggle against Arrogance. Therefore, they do not get any result.” Stressing the need to struggle patiently till reaching the result, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution described the 46-year steadfastness and endeavor of the Iranian nation against the ranks of the arrogant in the world as the factor for all-out growth of the country and continued, “The Iranian nation not only has not been harmed in this confrontation, but has grown and made progress in every field.”
