Pars Today- First Vice-President of the Islamic Republic of Iran said, “We are able to meet all defense needs of the country.”
First Vice-President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Reza Aref, speaking at the “9th National Conference & 1st Conference of International Radar and Control Systems” in Tehran on Tuesday, stressed that the approach and strategy of the Islamic Republic system has been to prioritize knowledge and university since the first days and said, “Today, we have the upper hand and claim that we are able to meet all our defense needs and, in addition to the domestic needs, we can fulfill the demands of neighboring and friendly countries, too.”
According to Pars Today, Aref added, “Today, we have reached the point in the field of radar that not only we meet our own needs completely, but also we export the [relevant] know-how and technology. Our youths have put the verb “we can” into effect in highly complicated sciences with full motive and self-belief. We claim that we are able in hi-techs. In Nanotechnology, we decided to be among the 5 top nations and today we rank among the single digit rating and in artificial intelligence, too, we are seeking to reach single digit rank.”
