Pars Today – In a statement, the Lebanese movement Hezbollah condemned US President Donald Trump’s request regarding the forced relocation of Gaza Strip residents. Hezbollah responded to Trump’s plan to occupy Gaza by stating that these remarks represent an overt manifestation of racist and fascist ideology that threatens all human values, including the right of nations to live in their homeland.
According to Pars Today, the statement read: The audacity coupled with the madness of power has led Trump and his administration to believe that the process of establishing America—based on the genocide of its indigenous inhabitants and the settlement of colonists in their place—is still applicable today by eradicating the native Palestinian population and handing over their land to Zionists.
Hezbollah announced that the American war machine and the Zionist regime, backed by Western countries, have failed to break the will of the Palestinian people. This nation and its resistance, through unparalleled heroism and legendary sacrifices in modern times, have demonstrated that they can overcome all plans aimed at uprooting this people from their land and forcibly relocating them.
Hamas: The Palestinian people will foil Trump’s plan
Meanwhile, Mahmoud Mardawi, a leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), emphasized in a statement that the Palestinian people will not surrender to Trump’s delusions or the occupying schemes of the Zionist regime. Just as previous plans were thwarted, this new conspiracy will also be defeated. He said: The response to Trump’s statements must include a set of political, diplomatic, and field actions, such as strengthening Palestinian national unity and forming a united front to confront the threats facing Gaza and Palestine.
Israel receives billions of U.S. military aid
Reactions to Trump’s plan to seize Gaza come as the U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced that the State Department has approved the potential sale of ammunition and guidance kits to Israel worth $6.75 billion. Accordingly, the U.S. State Department has also agreed to the sale of “Hellfire” missiles to Israel for $660 million. According to Axios, this agreement also includes 3,000 Hellfire missiles, with deliveries beginning in 2028.
Over 1,000 Palestinians killed or wounded after ceasefire in Gaza
On another note, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor criticized the criminal policies of the Zionist regime against Gaza residents in a statement, announcing that since the implementation of the ceasefire, 110 Palestinians have been martyred and 901 others wounded. The statement noted that Israel has imposed catastrophic living conditions on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and, in continuation of its genocidal crimes, deprives the people of Gaza of basic necessities.
