Pars Today – Swedish media reported the killing of Salwan Momika, the individual who desecrated the Holy Quran, in the country.
Swedish media reported that Salwan Momika, who had burned the holy book of Muslims multiple times, was killed by gunfire. According to Pars Today, citing the Swedish newspaper “Expressen,” Momika was shot while he was live-streaming on social media from his apartment in the city of Södertälje.
Prior to his death, Momika had repeatedly burned the Quran with the support of Swedish police, sparking waves of protests around the world. Many countries summoned Swedish diplomats in protest and conveyed their condemnation.
Although the Swedish government condemned the desecration of the Quran, it provided security and issued permits, supporting the individual in question.
Salwan Momika had also expressed support for the crimes of the Zionist regime during the early stages of the Gaza war, an act that revealed the underlying motives behind his desecration of the Muslim holy book.
