100 Palestinians martyred by Zionist regime’s army since ceasefire; U.S. continues attacks on Syria

Pars Today – The Palestinian Government Information Office in Gaza announced that the Zionist regime has violated the ceasefire agreement 350 times, the most significant of which has been obstructing and hindering the implementation of humanitarian provisions.
The Palestinian Government Information Office in Gaza announced on Friday night (February 21) that the Zionist regime’s army has martyred 100 Palestinians and injured 820 others since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on January 19, 2025. According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, the report states that hundreds of thousands of Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip, who have lost their homes due to Zionist regime attacks, require at least 60,000 mobile homes and 200,000 tents for temporary shelter. 
The mayor of Rafah, referring to the inadequacy of the equipment entering the Gaza Strip, stated that the arrival of 15 mobile homes and shelters in five convoys is merely a drop in the ocean of the needs of the residents of the Strip. 
Discussions on Gaza developments 
In this regard, the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) announced that the leaders of Persian Gulf countries, Jordan, and Egypt met in Riyadh on Friday to discuss developments in Gaza and the Palestinian issue. The meeting was held at the invitation of the Saudi Crown Prince to exchange views on regional and international issues. 
According to the report, joint efforts to support the Palestinian cause and Gaza developments were reviewed. The leaders present at the Riyadh meeting welcomed the convening of an emergency Arab summit scheduled for March 4 in Cairo. 
Release of 602 Palestinian captives 
On the other hand, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Information Office announced that today (Saturday, February 22), as part of the continuation of the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement and in exchange for the release of 6 Israeli captives, 602 Palestinian captives will be freed. The Zionist regime prime minister’s office also announced that Tel Aviv has received the names of the 6 Israeli captives to be released today and has informed their families. 
Since the implementation of the agreement on January 19, 2025, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, has handed over 19 Zionist captives in six groups as part of the current prisoner exchange deal. The Zionist regime’s Kan network announced: “In the second phase of the agreement, Israel has demanded the release of 22 living Israeli female prisoners.” According to the report, the U.S. has set a deadline for an agreement between Israel and Hamas, urging both sides to reach a new agreement within the next two weeks. 
U.S. airstrike on Syria 
In other news, Syrian media reported that the U.S.-led coalition targeted a vehicle in northern Idlib province, Syria. The airstrike, carried out by a drone, targeted a vehicle near the village of Qah in the al-Dana area. Al Jazeera reported that at least one person was killed in the attack.
